First off, we want to sincerely thank everyone for their patience and support as we settle into our new location. The welding community has been incredible and means the world to us!
As a quick update:
We are steadily catching up on orders. While we’re still working through some backlog — especially for products that haven’t yet been unpacked — we’ve already started shipping out new orders placed just yesterday and today. Things are moving in the right direction! 🔥
Our current goal is to be back to full operational efficiency by the week of May 5th (fingers crossed!). If you urgently need an order expedited, please reach out to our customer service team — we’ll do our best to help. Just a heads-up: response times might be a little slower than usual as we work through a higher volume of inquiries.
