The SphereX CLT Pure Air PAPR offers vision like you’re in daylight – even in the lowest ampere range. Ideal for delicate seams and the highest demands. The SphereX CLT welding helmet comes with variable shade 2/5-12 and ShadeTronic® function, manual mode, CLT (Crystal Lens Technology), opening delay with FadeTronic function, true color view, sensitivity adjustment, grind function and IsoFit® X headgear.

  • Expanded Visibility: The SphereX CLT provides over 30% more visibility compared to the previous sphere series, allowing for a perfect view of every detail during the work process. The elimination of solar cells contributes to this wider field of vision.
  • Crystal Lens Technology (CLT) 2.0: Provides a world-record light state of 2.0, allowing you to see your work environment and weld pool with unparalleled clarity and true-color perception.
  • e3000X PAPR Integration: When used with the e3000X, TH3-certified respiratory protection filters out 99.8% of welding fumes, dust, and particles, with up to 18 hours of battery life.
  • Enhanced Sensor Technology: The new system features five sensors instead of the previous three, resulting in a faster and more precise reaction time.
  • Automatic Protection: All models in the Sphere X series come equipped with ShadeTronic®, which automatically selects the appropriate protection level.
