InterPurge Maxi Purge Baffles for Schedule 5, 10 & 40

InterPurge Maxi purge baffles are sold in a variety of sizes for different pipe purging applications. They are great add-on accessory or replacement baffle for the Interpurge Maxi Purge Kits. 

  • Thermal Resistance: Rated for continuous use up to 630°F (330°C).
  • Non-Contaminating Construction: The silicone is halogen-free, making individual baffles safe for high-purity industries like nuclear, semiconductor, and food processing where sulfur or chloride contamination is strictly forbidden.
  • Durability: Unlike foam plugs or inflatable bags that can puncture or degrade quickly under heat, these solid-form silicone baffles are built to last for hundreds of uses.
  • Double-Lipped Profile: Each baffle features a dual-seal (double-lip) edge. This creates two contact points against the pipe wall, providing a more reliable air-tight seal than single-edge alternatives, even in pipes that are slightly out-of-round.
  • Flexibility: The silicone is pliable enough to navigate through elbows and T-junctions without losing its seal or getting stuck, which is a frequent pain point for rigid purging dams.
