Clean air is a mandatory asset for a healthy work environment. CarryVac 2 is designed for fume elimination directly at the source. CarryVac 2 P150 and P150 AST are small, light weight and portable fume extraction units, designed to be carried to the working area.

The unit can be connected to the welding torch, or the extraction nozzle to extract fume. The polluted air is filtered and captured in a hygienically-packed filter. The filter unit is designed in a way that even by filter changes, welders will not be exposed to the particles.

Filter capacity is approximately 200 kg (441 lbs) of solid wire or thirteen 15 kg (33 lbs) spools. CarryVac 2 P150 AST is equipped with an automatic start/stop function which increases the service life of each filter and of the unit itself. The units are suitable for light to medium welding duties, as repair & maintenance and light construction.

CarryVac 2 can be mounted on ESAB’s standard welding machines using the supplied mounting kit.
