Canaweld Pulse MIG Welder 201

This Product has been discontinued, please see the MIG Pulse Multiprocess 202

Pulsed MIG is a non-contact transfer method between the electrode and the weld puddle. This means that at no time does the electrode ever touch the puddle. This is accomplished through high-speed manipulation of the electrical output of the welding machine.

Wide versatility and portability are the main features of the Canaweld single-phase multifunction synergic power source Multiprocess/Pulse 201.

Using the most modern IGBT inverter technology combined with full digital control, allows the user to achieve premium welding quality.  Full capabilities of MIG/MAG and Pulse MIG on all materials with exceptional results on stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel.  Spatter-free welding greatly reduces cleaning, saving time and money.

The Multiprocess/Pulse 201 is able to store up to to 99 JOBS; the device also performs both TIG by “Lift” mode and MMA (Stick) welding processes. The  Multiprocess/Pulse 201 is versatile, light, easy-to-carry and user-friendly.  Whether the task is, maintenance jobs, automotive repairs, agriculture service, or fabrication works, the Canaweld Multiprocess/Pulse 201 is the workhorse to get it done.

What is Synergic control?

Traditionally pulse MIG machines were very complex and difficult to set up.  The operator would have to know exactly where to set the frequency, wave shape and wire speed.  With Synergic control, the operator sets desired wire speed and the pulse parameters are adjusted automatically.

  • Multiprocess: MIG PULSE, MIG/MAG Synergic, MIG/MAG Manual, MMA and TIG Lift.
  • Digital control of all welding parameters with preset synergic curves according to used material, gas and wire diameter.
  • User-friendly and easy-to-use selection and recalling of the parameters and welding programs.
  • Ability to store personalized welding parameters up to 99 JOBS.
  • Built-in polarity changeover facility for most common gas and gas less wires.
  • Central Euro connection for the torch.
  • Heavy duty metal construction wire feeding mechanism.
  • Double groove rolls replaceable without any tool.
  • Energy Saving: fan on demand.
  • Made In Canada
  • 3 Year Warranty

  • Standard Package - Fits an 8" wire spool
  • Add 12" spool external wire spool hub - Allows operator to run an 8" spool or a 12" spool

*Please note: Canaweld machines are shipped direct from Canaweld's manufacturing plant in Concord, Ontario. Orders typically ship next business day and are not available for pick-up.
