The Optrel Helix Quattro Pure Air is a professional-grade slide-up welding helmet integrated with the high-performance e3000X PAPR system. Engineered for the most demanding industrial environments, the Quattro features an internal auto-darkening filter (ADF) that slides up inside the shell, maintaining a perfectly balanced center of gravity and a slim profile for tight spaces.
With a world-class 1/1/1/1 optical rating and a panoramic field of vision, this system provides crystal-clear visibility and TH3-certified respiratory protection, ensuring you stay safe, cool, and focused during heavy-duty welding, grinding, and cutting tasks.
Features
- Slide-Up Technology: Seamlessly switch between welding and grinding without removing the helmet. The ADF slides internally, reducing neck strain and protecting the lens from debris.
- Panoramic XXL View: A patented nose cut-out in the ADF brings the lens closer to your eyes, offering a field of vision up to 6 times larger than standard helmets.
- ShadeTronic® & FadeTronic: The helmet automatically adjusts shade levels (4–14) as the arc intensity changes. FadeTronic allows a smooth transition from dark to light to reduce eye fatigue.
- TH3 Respiratory Protection: The e3000X blower unit filters out 99.8% of particles, aerosols, and smoke, providing the highest level of respiratory safety.
- IsoFit® Headgear: Features a 3D adjustment system for a custom, secure fit that eliminates pressure points during long shifts.
- Multi-Sensor Detection: 5-point sensor technology ensures the ADF reacts reliably even in difficult lighting or out-of-position welding.
- Optrel Re-Charge: Powered by solar cells and a lithium-polymer battery that can be recharged via the welding arc or a Micro-USB cable.
