We’ve been working hard to supply the best TIG cups available, and the new Monster Nozzle line delivers the gas coverage and tungsten-stick out that specialty fabricators welding exotic alloy use to get the highest-quality welds day-in and day-out.

We know that things happen and screens get damaged, so we're making replacement Screen Kits available in 1/16” (1.6mm) & 3/32” (2.4mm) tungsten sizes.

Made in U.S.A. of Quality U.S. materials, each Screen Kit is ready to press into your Monster #12 - #14 - #16 & 24 nozzles!

Specifically designed to position, press-in, and set-the-depth (setback) of the Screen Stack into the nozzle body. The Screen Stacks integrated design uses mechanical interference to hold them securely in the nozzle body.

Screen placement in the cup body is critical for consistent gas flow and welding performance. No need to fumble around looking for something that fits, and hope that you got the set-back right. This handy tool saves you time and money!
