With a cup orifice of 1-1/8" (28.5mm) the Large Diameter Gas Saver™ kit provides a large inert atmosphere for the welding of reactive metals such as titanium, molybdenum, nickel-based and aluminum based alloys as well as non-reactive metals like stainless steel.

  • Replaceable tungsten adapter for low-cost screen replacement
  • One Collet Body for all tungsten sizes
  • Tungsten can extend up to 1-1/2" (3.81cm) beyond edge of cup
  • Gas lens produces greater shielding gas coverage
  • Columnar flow pattern for consistent coverage
  • #18 size alumina cup included
  • Fits most standard 17, 18 and 26 style torch bodies
