ArcOne’s AirPlus® air purifying respirator system is a motorized, battery operated system that blows a constant supply of fresh, filtered air over the face. This combination with the Outlaw Leather Proliner 1901 Flip-Up Pipeliner style helmet allows that consistent supply of fresh air in a more comfortable pipeliner helmet.

Outlaw Proliner 1901 Pipeliner with Flip Up Attachment

Outlaw Leather designed and produced, Pipeliner style helmet to rival the classic sugar scoop. CSA Z94.3-15, ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2015 Compliant welding helmet which accepts passive or auto darkening filter inserts. (Passive Shade 10 lens included) Custom fitted with ArcOne PAPR headgear.

Lightweight and Comfortable for All-Day Use

The combination of blower unit and battery weighs in slightly over 2 lb., and includes a comfortable and adjustable belt strap which ensures maximum comfort, even in all day use.

Filtration

The particulate filter protects against all types of particulates (dust, fumes, fog, spray, asbestos), even bacteria, viruses and radioactive dust. The filter separates 99.997% of the pollution in the air, with an additional foam pre filter and a stainless steel spark trap to preserve the filter, all filters are replaceable. Filter lifetime is dependent upon the working environment. The unit is not suitable to operation in areas where the oxygen supply is depleted or there may be a risk of toxic gas build up.

Simple to Use

The AirPlus® system has an average battery life of 14 hours (low setting), has 8 Airflow settings, an audible alarm and vibration alert to let you know when airflow is low or filter is clogged, battery that recharges in 5-7 hours, charger with LED indicators, audible and visual alarms when battery is low

Durable

The AirPlus blower unit is made of impact resistant ABS, and the flexible breathing tube with quick disconnect comes fitted with fire retardant air-hose cover, something typically sold as an upgrade on standard PAPR systems.
